TIME TO LISTEN...
Well, I have been at my new job for a week now and it is amazing. My job is full of many things and is keeping me quite busy, but I love it. I have been going to bed early, which I usually do not do, but I was thinking I should share a thought, especially because my friend Kimmie is asking me to share!
All I have to say is I am so glad that I listened to God. God has been so gracious and his grace and mercy are amazing. You know the scripture he gave me 9 years ago when it was time to find a job was Isaiah 30:21. Now another 9 years have gone by and HE reminds me of the same scripture. It speaks for itself. All I have to say is....AMEN!
Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it." Isaiah 30:21

Now that is something! Thank you for sharing that verse. It's beautiful. God's Word is powerful - as a mighty sword. Sometimes we have to be so still to here His voice, which can come as a whisper. You do have something to say!!
Oh no - I spelled "hear" incorrectly. Cross out "here" and put "hear". Thanks.
I am so happy for you!
You are exactly where God wants you and He has prepared you through all those years for this very moment.
I believe because your new bosses are godly men, when they started interviewing you they also heard the voice of God loud and clear!
How refreshing!
So are you saying that if there happens to be another church or position that comes up in the next couple of years, that place will have to wait 9 years for you?... I'm not implying anything... I am just asking.
I meant to add this to my last comment... I added you as a link on my "What's Wrong... " site. Also, I have updated a photography page on a personal site I run for resume' purposes but you should check out some of the photos there. It is linked off of our blogs.
RYAN...I have learned never say never, I am open to whatever God has for me =)
Can't wait to check out your pics....thanks for adding me to your blog!
