MOTHER'S PRIDE!!!

Well, my son's baseball team WON the CIF Division II championship game! 7-0 What an amazing ride it was. they got to play that game at Dodger Stadium. What a dream come true for the boys. it was the first CIF Baseball Win for El Toro High school.

I couldn't help but be so proud of Trevor out there playing and the accomplishment of getting this far. He and his team worked hard this season.... and it payed off.

well, and those of you that know Russ.... You think Trevor and I are beaming, you should see him!! all he can say is ... THAT'S MY BOY!

I am soaking these moments and memories up because soon enough Trevor will be headed off to college somewhere. I choose close to home but I think it may be wherever he can play baseball....

I started a new study called "One Month to Live" Our first question was what would you do if you had one month to live? Sitting and thinking about that I realize that I would be more INTENTIONAL... say the things I may be too afraid to say or express..... Even more intentional with my time... spending it with people I love. taking time to love my children and let them know that I love them.... At 20 & 17 it is easier said than done. sometimes I think they don't want to spend time with me the next thing I know I am having dinner with my son and his girlfriend.... OKAY, I want to say he wanted to spend time with me BUT yes, I think it was because I was buying! It was still time special time together...
